Plan Description

    3G Mobile Broadband with SIM card and optional USB Stick.

Data Allowance

  • 8G per month data allowance
  • anytime monthly data allowance
  • 1GB (Gigabyte) is 1,000MB (Megabyes).
  • Both uploads and downloads are counted in your monthly allowance.
  • Additional data beyond included allowance is charged at 7c/MB.
  • Email notification will be sent to the email address you nominate when your montly data usage reaches 50%, 85% and again at 100% of your allowance.
  • Any unused data allocation will expire at the end of each usage period and your data
    allocation will be refreshed, the usage period begins on the first day of the calendar month .

  • USB Stick + SIM card, Once off setup fee $0 with 24 month minimum term, $15 delivery.
    30 Day Trial:If USB Stick and SIM returned in good condition within first 30 days,
    24 month term will be terminated without early termination fee.
  • USB Stick + SIM card, Once off setup fee $54 with 0 month minimum term, $15 delivery
  • SIM card, Once off setup fee $0 with 0 month minimum term, $15 delivery

  • Data usage: Data usage is available for viewing at
  • Generally usage information is available within 30 minutes of the data being used.


  • Simply insert the USB Stick into either your Apple Mac or Windows Computer, all necessary software is contained within the stick.

Required Hardware

  • This service requires a 3G mobile broadband data device beit a USB stick or WiFi 3G gateway.
  • Our USB 3G modem is $54 when not on a plan plus $15 postage and handling.
  • You may bring your own compatible equipment. We will do our best to provide advice and assistance
    with other compatible 3G devices, though we cannot be held responsible for the service quality provided by
    hardware otherwise purchased.


  • We bill you the minimum monthly fee in advance and usage charges such as calls in arrears.
  • When you signup you will be billed :-
    • Setup fee as applicable,
    • For any purchased hardware,
    • First month's minimum monthly charge.
  • Payment is by credit card or direct debit from a bank account.
    A 29c credit card processing fee applies to payment by credit or debit cards.
  • Where you have a phone service an invoice will be emailed to your nominated email address
    on the first business day of the calendar month.
  • Payments will be debited on the 3rd business day of the calendar month.

Other included features

  • Plan changes are available to other Mobile Broadband plans. Upgrade to a higher monthly fee plan $0. Plan downgrade fee $29.
  • Plan changes take affect at the beginning of the next calendar month.
